CRNA Recruiter (also CAA roles) – Tenet Physician Resources

Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) is seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented CRNA Recruiter to join our organization. The CRNA Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting of CRNAs and CAAs at Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) business locations.

  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, training programs and CRNA databases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders.
  • The CRNA recruiter will work to meet the CRNA & CAA development strategies and goals identified in the Manpower Plan.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including verifying credentials, and checking references.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline.
  • Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the onboarding and operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new CRNA and CAA hires.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE ANS EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRNA and CAA recruitment required, preferably in a hospital or healthcare system setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing CRNAs and CAAs.
  • Strong understanding of CRNA and CAA compensation models.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
