JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position will support the Manager, Compliance - Policies with oversight of Tenet enterprise policy management. The Manager, Compliance will be responsible for the following under the direction of the Manager, Compliance - Policies:

  • Management of Tenet enterprise-wide policy initiatives focused on document reduction, policy revision with cross business unit consideration, document repository, and governance review.
  • Assist policy owners with policy revision/submissions.
  • Collaboration with senior level leaders to help facilitate discussions and decision making involving complex policies impactful to the organization.
  • Facilitate policies approval process to include policy review, developing supporting documents, policy publication, and development of policy flash communications.
  • Facilitate policy migrations into policy management system.
  • Policy system administration
  • Advising key stakeholders on policy governance decisions related to enterprise policy impact and understanding of implications of policy types to include: model, corporate, and other process documentation
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of prior policy management experience in a large corporate environment and project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of health care industry or compliance experience required; self-starter initiative and positive attitude required.

COMPENSATION:

  • Pay: $90k-$125k annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
