Clinical Systems Specialist (CSS)- Phoenix, AZ

Description:

Participates in the training and maintenance of physician clinic based electronic health record (EHR) systems at clinic locations in the market. Assists in Go Live support, daily troubleshooting and issue resolution, the creation of training materials, and other duties as assigned.

Up to 25% travel outside of market and 100% travel within market. As travel is required, we will run a MVR on the final candidate.

Must be in or able to commute to Phoenix, AZ daily.

Description of Responsibilities-

  • Onsite training of physicians and clinicians in outpatient offices on Athena, Ingenious Med, Phreesia, Medi Mobile, Dragon dictation.
  • Create educational materials for CSS teams for use in training sessions.
  • Assists Informatics with Athena implementation including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support activities.
  • Provides recommendations on requests related to EHR workflows, templates, and functionality.
  • Monitors end user reports to assess trends and identifies opportunities for holistic system resolution, escalation of priority, and process improvement.
  • Assist operations with security risk analysis.
  • Assist operations with eID request.

Qualifications -

  • Clinical background (RN, LPN, MA, Lab Assistant, etc.).
  • Minimum of one year experience in ambulatory clinical settings such as physician clinics or other OP settings is required.
  • Minimum of one-year prior experience in the use of and/or implementation of clinical information systems is required.
  • Athena experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation and Benefit Information

  • Pay: $47,424-$75,712 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
