Assist Group CFO and the Market Controller position primarily with close, forecasting, and budgeting. Support for not only the market hospitals (including the new hospital in Westover Hills), but also the many NHE’s we have locally. Provide interim responsibilities in case of turnover or prolonged absences in Controller roles across the market. Assist BHS Controller and the Market CFO’s with various referral source interactions and complex market agreements. Partnering with market admin teams in monitoring payment processes to ensure compliance with contracts and payment policies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3 years Accounting Experience, 1 year Supervisory experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years Healthcare Accounting experience, 2 years supervisory experience
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: CPA Certificate
